5 Stars Heart did a great job fixing our heating (this is actually the second time we've used them, before that they installed an outside tap for us). Their engineer was very helpful and polite. This time our downstairs radiators wouldn't switch off and Heart's engineer found the problem right away and resolved it. He even offered some good tips on where to set the tap and radiator temperatures on the boiler as we had ours set too low. I would definitely call on them again as they can be trusted to find and fix problems quickly.
